Berry Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water

  • 2 hibiscus tea bags

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. Boil the water and steep hibiscus tea bags for 5-7 minutes.

  2. Remove tea bags and let the tea cool.

  3. In a blender, puree the mixed berries and strain to remove seeds.

  4. Mix berry puree with the tea and add honey or maple syrup if desired.

  5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
