Berry Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup granola (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a glass or bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
Add a layer of mixed berries.
Drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup.
Add another layer of yogurt and berries.
Top with granola (if using) and garnish with mint leaves.
Serve immediately.
