Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a glass or bowl, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.

  2. Add a layer of mixed berries.

  3. Drizzle with a bit of honey or maple syrup.

  4. Add another layer of yogurt and berries.

  5. Top with granola (if using) and garnish with mint leaves.

  6. Serve immediately.
