Buffalo Chicken Chili
Ingredients:
1½ lbs. chicken breasts, halved
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 cups chicken broth
2 cans white kidney beans
3 cups celery, chopped
2 cups carrots, chopped
2 cups onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
⅓ cup + 2½ tsp Frank’s RedHot sauce
½ cup + 2 tbsp blue cheese
Directions:
Cook chicken and veggies in a crockpot.
Shred chicken, mix with hot sauce.
Combine and top with blue cheese.
