Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Directions:
Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a blender.
Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
