Garlic and Lemon Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 lemon (zested and juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the asparagus and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender but still crisp, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the lemon zest and juice, then season with salt and pepper.
Toss to combine and cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
