Scramble and Cheese w/Ham (4 Servings)

  • 1 cup egg substitute

  • 4 oz low-fat ham, minced

  • 4 oz low-fat cheddar, diced

  • Salt and pepper

  • Butter-flavored cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Beat egg substitute with water, add cheese and ham.

  2. Cook in a skillet, stirring constantly until done.

  3. Season to taste.
