Tuna Edamame Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked edamame

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 6 oz tuna, drained

  • ½ cup golden raisins

  • ¼ cup red onion, diced

  • ¼ cup reduced-fat Italian dressing

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Toss with dressing and serve.
